Price and Payment Information
After you like the property you have to make a payment of 10% of the price + 350 GBP (or 500 GBP if you want us to deposit 2050 GBP instead of you) for your company formation and bank account, within 3 working days to secure the property. If you are a really committed buyer and you send us 30% deposit instead of 10% within 3 working days after the auction, the government, notary and lawyer fees (that come to around 800 pounds in total - 350 GBP for setting up the company and 450 GBP for purchase of the property) will cost you 10% LESS. We will cover them.
You can send us the deposit to our bank account. In order to feel secure, after we receive the deposit we will send you by DHL a preliminary contract signed by us where we agree to sell you the property for the amount of the deposit if the deal was cancelled by our fault.
We can make all arrangements for your trip to Bulgaria, including hotel reservation and transportation from the airport to the hotel and back, and also the viewing of the property. On top of that you will get a FREE trip for two with a guide to visit some of the best tourist sights in the region where the property is. (During the two days you are in Bulgaria to close the deal)
The 10 or 30% deposit is NON refundable in any way if the buyer was unable to pay the whole sum within (30 days) from the date of the commission or for any reason to come to Bulgaria and complete the deal in Notary within 1 month (30 days) from the date of the commission
